Flag of Cambodia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.
The national flag of Cambodia was readopted in 1993, after elections returned the monarchy to rule. The flag design has existed since around 1850, and essentially remained unchanged with the blue border and red center along with a depiction of Angkor Wat in the center. The flag was changed for a few years upon the rise to power of the Khmer Rouge, who had an all red flag, but retained the Angkor Wat design.
