Soca or soul-calypso is a dance music which is a mix of the two styles originating in the West Indies, especially Trinidad and Tobago. It combines the melodic lilting sound of calypso with an insistent percussion.

Well-known soca artists include: Khiomal Nurse, Rodney Le Blanc, and Sanell Dempster.
